At Regote, your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] within the specified timeframe. Kindly provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details that can assist us in processing your request promptly.
Once your return request is authorized by our customer service team, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged, including all original accessories and packaging, and affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a secure and insured shipping method, as we are not liable for any damages that may occur during the return shipping process.
Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect the items to confirm that they are in their original condition, complete with all packaging and accessories. If the items meet our return policy criteria, we will proceed with issuing a refund to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment method, refunds may take 3-4 days to process.
In the event that the returned items are damaged or missing accessories, we reserve the right to deny the return or impose a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price.
Please be aware that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or customized items
- Clearance items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at [email protected]. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue. To process your request, we may request photo evidence of the damage or defect.
If we are unable to provide you with a replacement item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, including any applicable shipping fees. Should you prefer to return the item, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Please note that we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Shipping fees, except for damaged or defective items, are non-refundable. In the case of orders that received free shipping, the refund amount will be reduced by the cost of shipping.
